🟣 How do I connect my social media accounts?

Go to Settings → Social Accounts and click “Connect” next to the platform you’d like to add. Follow the on-screen prompts to authorize Socilo.


🟣 Why aren't my scheduled posts publishing?

Make sure the account is still connected, the post time is in the future, and you’ve selected at least one platform before publishing.


🟣 How do I reset my password?

Click “Forgot Password” on the login screen and follow the instructions in your email to set a new password.


🟣 Can I add my team members?

Yes! Socilo supports team collaboration. Go to Settings → Team and invite your members by email. Assign roles like Admin, Editor, or Viewer.


🟣 How do I cancel or change my subscription?

Head to Billing Settings → Subscription and choose a new plan or click “Cancel Plan.” Your account will stay active until the current period ends.
