Socilo operates on a subscription model. All payments are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis, depending on the selected plan.


2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with Socilo during the first 7 days of your first purchase, you may request a full refund—no questions asked.


3. Refund Eligibility

  1. Refunds are only available for your initial payment.
  2. No refunds are issued for renewals or plan upgrades/downgrades.
  3. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of payment.


4. Non-Refundable Situations

  1. Violation of our Terms of Service
  2. Partial usage or inactivity
  3. Late cancellation requests after the renewal period has started


5. How to Request a Refund

Send an email to support@socilo.com with your account email and reason for the refund request. Our team will review and respond within 3 business days.


6. Payment Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or provider.
