If you're not satisfied with Socilo during the first 7 days of your first purchase, you may request a full refund—no questions asked.
Send an email to support@socilo.com with your account email and reason for the refund request. Our team will review and respond within 3 business days.
Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or provider.
